When equipping public spaces with curtains and other blinds, we must pay particular attention to the purpose that we want to pursue. In addition to the compulsory condition of the non-combustibility of fabrics, we often pursue the following goals:
- dimming of space (eg computer rooms, laboratories, casinos, classrooms)
- sound insulation ( window curtains reduce the level of external noise)
- Acoustics (achieving better sound in classrooms, halls, …)
- Thermal insulation (curtains as an additional element of energy saver)
